As part of Adobe’s ongoing commitment to security, starting with January 31st 2018 we will remove the form to email functionality which is where there are no workflows in the CMS that are activated by a form submission, instead the form emails the customer directly.
This option already has a very limited usage across Business Catalyst websites and leaving the option available is no longer compliant with up to date security standards. Site owners using this option should update their web forms to use FormProcessv2.aspx before January 31st, 2018.
