Buying Extra Licensing Now Requested via Support Ticket
Please be notified that after June 1, 2020, extra licensing required on a site, needs to be submitted as a request via our Ticketing Support system.
- Admin Users and Email Accounts
- Disk space
- SSL Certificates
All extras are purchased on a monthly billing cycle, except for Newsletter Credits which are a once-off purchase.
The Support team will respond to extra licensing requests providing details of how payment will be made for these purchases.
Why are you changing the way we currently purchase extras?
The functionality for this feature is being removed due to Business Catalyst ending life on 26 March 2021.
Is this change for sites billed to Partner, and for sites billed to Customer?
Yes, regardless of who the billing relationship is for the site, all extra licensing will need to be submitted as a request as a Support ticket.
